I AM LOOKING AT A LOT OF PARTY OPTIONS FOR MY KIDDO. WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE AIRBORNE EXTREME TRAMPOLINE PARK?

HOW EARLY CAN I ARRIVE FOR MY PARTY?

We suggest that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the party starts to ensure everyone has ample time to complete our required waivers before the jump time begins. Please be aware that your room may not be available before the scheduled start time, due to other parties ahead of you.

ARE AGES 2 & UNDER FREE WITH PARTIES?

Everyone jumping with the party is included in the party package number. Once you have exceeded the allotted number of jumpers for the party, a charge of $13.95 will apply for all additional jumpers.

WHAT QUALIFIES AS AN EXTRA JUMPER IN THE BIRTHDAY PACKAGE?

If you have exceeded your package total, any additional jumpers will be added to bill at a rate of $13.95 per person. If you do not want extra jumpers added to your bill (party package), the extra jumpers will need to purchase a ticket at the front desk for the allotted time.

DOES THE 10 JUMPERS/KIDS INCLUDE THE BIRTHDAY CHILD?

No, it does not include the birthday child.  All of our packages are designed for the birthday child plus their guests. We do not charge spectators; however, anyone who participates in the jump time will be counted towards the package total. This includes toddlers, children, and adults.  The cost for additional jumpers (exceeding the package number) is $13.95.

DO WE GET A PARTY HOST WITH THE PARTY PACKAGE?

Yes, EVERY party package includes a dedicated host assigned specifically to your event!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All deposits are non-refundable, but are transferrable! If you need to reschedule your party, our team will be happy to assist with transferring your event to a later date and time with no penalty. However, if you choose to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit.

IS THERE A PLACE TO PUT PRESENTS?

Yes, there are tables and counter space in the kitchenette area of each party room.

CAN I BRING MY OWN DECORATIONS/PLATES/NAPKINS?

Yes, you may bring your own themed décor if you wish. However, we do provide standard decorations. We provide grip socks, pizza, soft drinks, and all paper products – cups, plates, napkins, tablecloths, and utensils.

IS ICE CREAM OKAY TO BRING?

Yes, we have a full refrigerator/freezer located in each party room. There is also a personal sink area as well.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD OR DRINK?

Absolutely, you may bring outside food and drinks. However, alcohol or open flames (buffet burner) are not permitted. We do provide pizza and drinks for the number of jumpers in your package; you may purchase more pizza or bring extra food for your other guests.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED IN A BIRTHDAY PARTY OR SHOULD I TIP THE PARTY HOST?

Gratuity is not included in the party package, but we do encourage you to tip the party host directly.  Most tips are usually 10% or greater depending on quality of service.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

There is no age limit on our basic trampolines. However, some attractions do have an age, height, and weight limit (minimum and maximum)

DO YOU HAVE INVITATIONS?

Yes, we offer double-sided cardstock invitations for 50 cents each available for purchase at the register. WHAT ARE THE WAIVERS?

The waivers outline the risks associated with accessing our attractions. We require waivers for everybody who enters the platform, even if you’re not jumping. NOTE: A photo will be taken at register to add to the waiver for identification purposes.

DO I NEED TO CALL BACK TO GIVE YOU MY PIZZA ORDER AND FINAL HEAD COUNT? WHEN DO YOU NEED THAT INFO?

You may call 225-999-1999 or email events@airborneextreme.com for any party-related changes. We prefer to have the information at least 48 hours before your event. Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate same-day changes.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE OF THE PARTY?

Parties include one hour of jumping and forty-five minutes in the designated party room. Your dedicated party host will check in all guests, ensuring current waivers are valid prior to accessing our court. The party guests will jump until they are called back to the party room by their host. Once they return, they will resume the party (eating and opening gifts) for the remaining 45 minutes.  After the party is over, the party host will assist with packing of gifts and cleaning.

DOES THE PARTY HOST GUIDE THE KIDS THROUGH THE TRAMPOLINE AREAS?

The party host does not guide the kids through the trampoline areas.  Once released from the party room, they are free to play in all areas.  The Court Monitors will be available throughout the play areas.  Party hosts will most likely be in the party room checking in additional guests and prepping for the next stage of the event OR located on the jump floor.

ARE THE JUMPERS ALLOWED TO GO BACK AND PLAY AFTER THE PARTY HAS ENDED?

No, once the party over, the jumpers are not allowed to return to the play area. However, if the “Party Parent” or a birthday guest would like to add additional jump time, an additional fee would apply. The party host can assist them with that.

WHAT IS A GOOD TIME TO CALL IN ADVANCE FOR A PARTY?

At least 2 weeks to ensure you get the time and date you prefer.  Most parties are booked one month in advanced.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS I CAN HAVE AT OUR PARTY?

We don’t have a maximum number of guests, but seating may be limited to the number of jumpers in your package.

DOES EACH CHILD AT THE PARTY GET A FREE AIRBORNE EXTREME T-SHIRT?

No, ONLY the birthday child will receive a t-shirt. Additional t-shirts may be purchased for a price of $10 each.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT?

$150 due at the time of booking. Please remember, deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the party.

ARE THERE SPECIFIC PLACES FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN TO JUMP?

Yes, we have a kids’ zone for children under the age of six. We also offer Toddler Time on Tuesdays and Saturday mornings.

DO YOU HOST PARTIES ON WEEKDAYS?

Yes, parties are available 7 days a week. Normally the facility is less crowded on weekdays.
